    Ese trabajo analiza la vertiginosa evolución de las tecnologías en la Justicia y los cambios que se vislumbran, pues este proceso ha iniciado, pero se desconoce su alcance futuro. Las ventajas de los algoritmos, tanto en la IA como en blockchain son una realidad que ha generado abundante soft law y Reglamentos por parte de la UE, para desarrollar estas tecnologías de forma ética. Uno de los mayores potenciales y retos jurídicos es el profuso crecimiento de relaciones jurídicas que se sustentan en blockchain y un papel destacado de los smart contracts.

    La entrada de los contratos soportados en plataformas de blockchain en el proceso civil plantea cuestiones a analizar, como es el caso de la prueba, el modo de llevarla a cabo, su categorización e incluso la necesidad de la misma en contratos, en principio inmutables y verificables. Otra cuestión que es objeto de estudio es la hipótesis de obtener el despacho de ejecución, iniciando la tramitación del procedimiento monitorio desde la propia cadena de bloques.

    This work analyses the vertiginous evolution of technologies in Justice and the changes that are on the horizon, as this process has begun, but its future scope is unknown. The advantages of algorithms, both in AI and blockchain, are a reality that has generated abundant soft laws and regulations by the EU to these technologies ethically. One of the greatest legal potentials and challenges is the profuse growth of legal relationships that are underpinned by blockchain and a prominent role in smart contracts. The entry of contracts developed on blockchain platforms into the civil process raises questions to be analyzed, such as the case of evidence, the way it is carried out, its categorisation and even the need for it in contracts that are in principle immutable and verifiable. Another issue that is the subject of study is the hypothesis of obtaining the enforcement order, and initiating the order for payment procedure from the blockchain itself.
