O fazer político nos estudos sobre mulheres negras trabalhadoras nos estudos organizacionais

    This research explored the life stories of researchers on the subject of black women workers in the area of Administration and understood the imbrications of scientific practice with their trajectories, biographies and personal and social struggles. This proposal sought not only to expand the knowledge about the production on the theme of the black working woman, but also contributes to the understanding of the interrelationships between scientific practice and the life histories of researchers, facing the axiom of scientific neutrality. To understand that scientific doing finds personal reverberations, beyond the principles of rationality, efficiency and progress is to reposition the question of science as a social, therefore, political doing. The research data demonstrate that researching the theme of working black women is composed through a social and political choice clearly defined by its authors and authors, weaving a web of scientific actions that properly reposition the issue of race in the organizational process, whether academic or social. To achieve these results, 11 interviews were conducted with authors of the theme, who work in the Academy of Administration. As a contribution, the study unveils the silencing of the academy and its contribution, still, whitewashed organizational analysis. Thus, the political networks of action of black/black researchers are reinforced.

    Esta pesquisa explorou as histórias de vida das pesquisadoras e pesquisadores do tema da mulher negra trabalhadora na área de Administração e compreendeu as imbricações do fazer científico com suas trajetórias, biografias e lutas pessoais e sociais. Tal proposta buscou não somente ampliar o conhecimento acerca da produção sobre a temática da mulher negra trabalhadora, mas também contribui para a compreensão dos interrelacionamentos entre o fazer científico e as histórias de vida dos pesquisadores, enfrentando o axioma da neutralidade científica. Entender que o fazer científico encontra reverberações pessoais, para além dos princípios da racionalidade, eficiência e progresso é recolocar a questão da ciência como um fazer social, portanto, político. Os dados da pesquisa demonstram que pesquisar o tema de mulheres negras trabalhadoras compõe-se através de uma escolha social e política claramente definida pelas suas autoras e autores, tecendo uma trama de fazeres científicos que recolocam, devidamente, a questão da raça no fazer organizativo, seja acadêmico, seja social. Para alcançarmos tais resultados, foram realizadas 11 entrevistas com autoras e autores do tema, que atuam na academia de Administração. Como contribuição, o estudo desvela o silenciamento da academia e seu aporte, ainda, branquelizado de análise organizacional. Assim, reforçam-se as redes políticas de das e pesquisadores negras/negros
