    En este estudio realizado recientemente, se describen los diferentes factores que influyen en el proceso de inclusión desde el sistema socioeducativo, para las personas con discapacidad en los entornos individual, grupal e institucional dentro del Recinto Universitario de la FAREM-Estelí; en este sentido, se plantean los retos al que los docentes se están enfrentando para cumplir con el objetivo de sus asignaturas, frente a las necesidades educativas especiales de estudiantes en condiciones de discapacidad.El Recinto Universitario ha determinado diferentes medidas, políticas y acciones a fin de promover desde los diferentes ámbitos la restitución de derechos, la promoción y desarrollo de las capacidades de estudiantes con discapacidades. A partir del año 2009 la Facultad realizó cambios tales como, cambios infraestructurales con el objetivo de mejorar el acceso a estudiantes con discapacidades motoras, contratación de logopedas para atender a estudiantes con discapacidad auditiva, cursos de lenguaje de señas entre otras acciones. El estudio se centra en la inclusión e integración de estudiantes con discapacidad y la implementación de estrategias y acciones que docentes, personal administrativo y autoridades están implementando para hacer frente a las necesidades presentadas Aún con los cambios y estrategias implementadas, existen grandes vacíos en cuanto al tema de la sensibilización y concientización de la comunidad universitaria, lo que implica definir estrategias para trabajar la temática. La Facultad debe de trabajar en la inclusión y la integración de estudiantes con discapacidad en todos los niveles educativos y con toda la comunidad educativa. Trabajar en la búsqueda de nuevas alternativas de mejoras continuas frente a la discapacidad.

    In this recent study, the different factors that influence the inclusion process from the socio-educational system are described for people with disabilities in the individual, group and institutional environments within the FAREM-Estelí University campus; In this sense, the challenges that teachers are facing to meet the objective of their subjects, facing the special educational needs of students with disabilities are raised.The University Campus has determined different measures, policies and actions in order to promote the restitution of rights, promotion and development of the capacities of students with disabilities from different areas. As of 2009, the Faculty made changes such as infrastructural changes with the aim of improving access to students with motor disabilities, hiring speech therapists to serve students with hearing disabilities, sign language courses, among other actions. The study focuses on the inclusion and integration of students with disabilities and the implementation of strategies and actions that teachers, administrative staff and authorities are implementing to address the needs presented.Even with the changes and strategies implemented, there are large gaps regarding the issue of awareness and awareness of the university community, which implies defining strategies to work on the subject. The faculty must work on the inclusion and integration of students with disabilities at all educational levels and with the entire educational community. Work in the search for new alternatives for continuous improvement in the face of disability.
