  En el artículo se presenta la estructura y fundamentación de la estrategia didáctica elaborada a partir de los resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico que indican la necesidad de la misma, con el objetivo de transformar el estado actual del desarrollo de la habilidad argumentar la toma de decisiones para resolver problemas desde la Topografía. Se describen las etapas de la estrategia didáctica con los objetivos específicos y acciones del profesor y del estudiante, así como la planificación del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Topografía y la evaluación de la estrategia didáctica propuesta. Se presentan los resultados de la validación teórica mediante el método criterio de expertos, además de su aplicación y puesta en práctica en la carrera de Ingeniería Civil.

  The work presents the structure and foundation of the didactic strategy developed from the results obtained in the diagnosis that indicate the need for it, with the aim of transforming the current state of development of the ability to argue decision-making for solve problems from topography. The stages of the didactic strategy with the specific objectives and actions of the teacher and the student are described, as well as the planning of the teaching-learning process of Topography and the evaluation of the didactic strategy proposed. The results of the theoretical validation are presented using the expert criteria method, in addition to its application and implementation in the Civil Engineering degree.
