En el presente texto se plantea una nueva atribución al escultor Blas Molner (1738-1812), artista valenciano afincado en Sevilla, donde fue director de la Real Escuela de las Tres Nobles Artes. Se trata de dos ángeles pasionarios conservados en la Hermandad de la Vera Cruz de Pilas (Sevilla). Para el estudio de las tallas se han analizado sus características formales y estilísticas, poniéndolas en relación con otras obras documentadas del mencionado artista

This text presents a new attribution to the sculptor Blas Molner (1738-1812), a Valencian artist who lived in Seville, where he was director of the Royal School of the Three Noble Arts. It is two passionate angels preserved by the Brotherhood of Vera Cruz in Pilas (Seville). For the study of the sculptures, their formal and stylistic characteristics have been analyzed, putting them in relation to others documented works by the aforementioned artist
