Resumen de Acciones dirigidas al maestro para la atención del niño con labio y paladar fisurado

  Los niños con malformación congénita de labio y paladar fisurado, presentan problemas del lenguaje, audición, estéticos y psicológicos. Al alcanzar edad escolar requieren de atención regular, dadas las ventajas de la educación inclusiva, pero con acciones pedagógicas específicas para tratar sus particularidades, siendo un reto para el educador. El objetivo de este trabajo es proponer acciones dirigidas al maestro que contribuyan a la atención integral del niño con labio y paladar fisurado. Los métodos utilizados fueron el análisis documental, histórico lógico, sistémico-estructural-funcional, analítico-sintético. Como resultado se estableció un conjunto de acciones encaminadas a identificar las características psicológicas del niño, sus relaciones en el grupo, las alteraciones del lenguaje, la lectura y fomentar técnicas de animación. La propuesta fue valorada en taller con especialistas que dieron su opinión favorable, manifestando que permitirá superar las dificultades tanto del maestro como el niño, beneficiando el desarrollo, aprendizaje y calidad de vida del infante.

  Children with congenital malformation of cleft lip and palate present language, hearing, cosmetic and psychological problems. Upon reaching school age, they require regular attention, given the advantages of inclusive education, but with specific pedagogical actions to address their particularities, being a challenge for the educator. The objective of this work is to propose actions directed to the teacher that contribute to the comprehensive care of the child with cleft lip and palate. The methods used were documentary, historical-logical, systemic-structural-functional, analytical-synthetic analysis. As a result, a set of actions was established aimed at identifying the psychological characteristics of the child, their relationships in the group, language alterations, reading and promoting animation techniques. The proposal was evaluated in a workshop with specialists who gave their favorable opinion, stating that it will allow the difficulties of both the teacher and the child to be overcome, benefiting the development, learning and quality of life of the infant.
