La formación laboral de los educandos con discapacidad intelectual moderada

    El trabajo pretende socializar un sistema de talleres metodológicos para el proceso de formación laboral de los educandos con discapacidad intelectual moderada, el que se propone como resultado científico. Este fue obtenido a partir del desempeño del autor principal en su labor como metodólogo provincial de Preparación Laboral en las visitas a las instituciones educativas en Ciego Ávila y la aplicación de métodos investigativos como el histórico-lógico, el analítico-sintético, el inductivo-deductivo, el sistémico-estructural, el análisis documental y las encuestas a los subdirectores de Preparación Laboral de las escuelas especiales de la provincia. Este resultado contribuye a la preparación teórico-metodológica de los subdirectores de Preparación Laboral para dirigir el proceso de formación laboral de los educandos con discapacidad intelectual moderada; vincula el trabajo de las instituciones educativas con la participación activa de la familia y la comunidad, además favorece el desarrollo personal de estos educandos y su aporte a la sociedad.

    The work seeks to socialize a System of methodological shops for the process of job training of the students with moderate intellectual disability, the one that intends as a result scientific. This was obtained starting from the main author's acting in their work like provincial Methodologist of job readiness; of the visits to the educational institutions in Ciego de Ávila; and the application of investigative methods as the historical-logical, the analytic-synthetic, the inductive-deductive, the systemic-structural, the documental analysis and the surveys (to the vice principals of job readiness of the special schools of the county). This result contributes to the theoretical-methodological preparation of the vice principals of job readiness to direct the process of job training of the students with moderate intellectual disability; it links the work of the educational institutions with the active participation of the family and the community, it also favors the personal development of these students and their contribution to the society.
