En el trabajo se alude el tema del desarrollo de habilidades para la solución de problemas matemáticos en los escolares de primer grado de la Educación Primaria en Cuba, para lo cual se asume una concepción científico-integradora del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Matemática, donde se tienen en cuenta el papel protagónico del alumno en su autoaprendizaje y la integración del contenido en la relación de lo universal, lo local y lo personal, en un ambiente participativo que genera aprendizajes socializados, a partir de la sistematización de acciones y operaciones que se concreta en las actividades que se ofrecen, para resolverse en el espacio áulico y que trascienden a las experiencias vividas por los escolares.
In the work the subject of the development of skills for the solution of mathematical problems in the first grade schoolchildren of Primary Education in Cuba is mentioned, so a scientific-integrative conception of the teaching-learning process of Mathematics is assumed, where the leading role ofthe student in their self-learning and the integration of the content in the relationship of the universal, the local and the personal are taken into account, in a participatory environment that generates socialized learning, from the systematization of actions and operations that it is specified in the activities that are offered, to be resolved in the aulic space and that transcend the experiences lived by schoolchildren.
