Resumen de Problematizando el Estado desde la agricultura familiar: un estudio exploratorio desde una mirada político-antropológica

  En este trabajo nos interesa abordar el vínculo Estado-agricultura familiar a partir de la relación entre este complejo institucional y los agricultores familiares, concretamente. Es habitual abordar la cuestión estatal desde su carácter institucional como aparato, a partir de sus acciones y políticas públicas en términos globales. En este caso, lo haremos desde una mirada distinta pero que consideramos complementaria, en la que tendrá un papel fundamental lo cotidiano del encuentro entre el Estado y los agricultores familiares en particular. El objetivo de este escrito es ofrecer reflexiones posibles desde una mirada antropológica del Estado que ponga en discusión, desde los sujetos, este complejo institucional, su presencia y funciones. La perspectiva de análisis será cualitativa, apelando a documentos escritos y testimonios orales a través de entrevistas en profundidad. Debe destacarse que se trata de un trabajo exploratorio con el que pretendemos seguir problematizando cuestiones vinculadas con el desarrollo rural, las políticas públicas y la agricultura familiar en la Argentina.

  In this paper, we are interested in studying the nexus between the State and family-farm. In order to do this, we take the relationship between this institutional complex and family-farm. That is to say how these subjects perceive the State through their practices. It is common to study the State from its institutional character: the apparatus, its actions and public policies in global terms. In this case, we will study it in a different but complementary perspective, in which the daily role of the encounter between the State and family farm`s subjects will have an essential role. The objective of this paper is to offer possible reflections from an anthropological view of the State that puts into discussion, from the subjects, this institutional complex, its presence and functions. The analysis perspective will be a qualitative type, appealing to written documents and oral testimonies through in-depth interviews. Finally, this is an exploratory research and we intend to continue studying topics related to rural development, public policies and family farm in Argentina.
