Resumen de Sociedade da informação e a lei geral de proteção de dados no âmbito do direito do trabalho

  A presente pesquisa propôs-se a investigar o ensejo de criação da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados diante do avanço da sociedade da informação, bem como analisar sua necessidade de implantação na proteção de dados fornecidos no ambiente trabalhista. Analisando o desenvolvimento da sociedade e economia atual, bem como a exposição de dados dos indivíduos, objetiva-se estudar o zelo aos direitos personalíssimos, e a interferência das novas perspectivas informacionais na capacidade de autodeterminação dos sujeitos, sob a ótica do Direito Laboral. Além disso, examinar-se-á o papel do compliance, no ambiente corporativo empresarial, de modo a zelar pela preservação dos direitos e evitar irregularidades.

  This research aimed to investigate the impetus for the creation of the General Data Protection Law in the face of the advancement of the information society, as well as to analyze its need for implementation in the protection of data provided in the work environment. By examining the development of current society and economy, as well as the exposure of individuals’ data, the objective is to study the safeguarding of the personal rights and the interference of new informational perspectives on individuals’ capacity for selfdetermination from the perspective of Labor Law. Additionally, the role of compliance in the corporate business environment will be examined to ensure the preservation of rights and to prevent irregularities.
