La Corte Suprema ha insistido en que el derecho al olvido no existe en el sistema jurídico chileno. A partir de una sentencia sobre este tipo de casos, se analiza la argumentación de la Corte y se reconstruye la concepción irenista de la Constitución que parece subyacer a esta decisión y al conjunto de las sentencias precedentes.

The Supreme Court has insisted that the right to be forgotten does not exist in the Chilean legal system. Based on a judgement on this type of case, we analyse the Court's reasoning and reconstruct the irenicist conception of the Constitution that seems to underlie this decision and the preceding judgements as a whole.
