    El método de enseñanza conocido mundialmente como “Aula invertida”, “Sala volteada” o “Sala inversa”, es un método novedoso por el hecho de que prácticamente es reciente, creado en el 2010 por Jonathan Bergmann y Aaron Sams. El método consiste en invertir el papel del proceso, los estudiantes llevan a sus casas las orientaciones, es decir, la (s) tarea (s), vídeo (s) y todo aquel recurso didáctico que le permita llegar a conocer, entender y comprender lo que llegará a hacer en el aula, será cómo aplicar lo aprendido, cómo resolver el problema presentado. Además, permite una mejor atención personalizada para los mismos estudiantes. Ellos en esta modalidad, trabajan colaborativamente en equipo, participan activamente, se sugieren ideas creativas y se recomienda otras pautas importantes. Es decir, en el aula demuestra el saber hacer, el saber resolver, en su casa conoce, interpreta la tarea/problema.
