Resumen de Análisis de la migración en el empleo y subempleo: caso Ecuador

  Nuestro objetivo general en esta investigación es estudiar la posible consecuencia de la migración que hoy en día asecha a Ecuador, así las irregularidades que se presentan en la actualidad por el incremento excesivo de la migración e interpretar el movimiento migratorio del año 2014 hasta el 2019. También, se revisará que efecto migratorio trajo a nuestro país, específicamente en el sector laboral informal, como ha cambiado ese sector antes de la migración, como después de dicha situación. Posteriormente, se analizará de forma general y de forma sectorial el trabajo informal, para tener un estudio más completo sobre la población económicamente activa y ver así si hubo algún cambio o fluctuaciones a lo largo del periodo a estudiar. Finalmente, se busca poder consolidar que en este estudio no se establece ninguna opinión acerca de dicho efecto de la migración en el Ecuador, más bien se trata de buscar una solución a dicho problema para poder ayudar a todos tanto a los ecuatorianos y extranjeros que vienen a trabajar a nuestro país. La presente investigación se realiza con metodología explorativa y mediante extensa revisión bibliográfica.

  Our general objective in this article is to investigate the possible consequence of the migration that affects to Ecuador, as well the irregularities that are present today by the excessive increase of the migration and to analyze the migratory movement of the Year 2014 to 2019. Also, it will review the migratory effect brought to our country, specifically in the informal labour sector, as has changed that sector before migration, as after that situation. Subsequently, informal work is analyzed in a general and sectoral way, to have a more complete study on the economically active population and to see if there were any changes or fluctuations during the period to be studied. Finally, it seeks to consolidate that this study does not establish any opinion about this effect of migration in Ecuador, rather is to seek a solution to this problem in order to help all both Ecuadorians and foreigners who come To work in our country. This research is conducted with exploratory methodology and extensive bibliographical review.
