Os núcleos de prática jurídica das universidades brasileiras como instrumentos de desenvolvimento social

    Considering the historical context from the 1980s to the 2020s, especially the principles of human dignity and access to justice, guaranteed by the Federal Constitution of 1988, as well as the expansion of legal education in the country between 2000 and 2015, approaches whether the contribution of academic training in this field. In this sense, the objective was to analyze the legal practice of Law courses by the legal practice centers, their role in guaranteeing judicial accessibility, bearing in mind the main regulations on the subject. In terms of methodology, it is mostly a bibliographical research, having as references in the literature review authors who deal with practical legal education. The results showed that the provision of assistance services by educational institutions, in addition to promoting the proper integration between faculty and the community, grants a practical approach to students, representing an important way of fostering citizenship and social development.

    Considerando o contexto histórico da década de 1980 até os anos 2020, especialmente os princípios da dignidade da pessoa humana e o acesso à justiça, garantidos pela Constituição Federal de 1988, bem como a expansão da educação jurídica no país entre 2000 e 2015, aborda-se a contribuição da formação acadêmica neste campo. Neste sentido, objetivou-se analisar a prática jurídica dos cursos de Direito pelos núcleos de prática jurídica, seu papel na garantia de acessibilidade judicial, tendo presente os principais regulamentos sobre o tema. Na metodologia, trata-se de pesquisa majoritariamente bibliográfica, tendo como referências na revisão de literatura, autores que tratam de educação jurídica prática. Os resultados demonstraram que a prestação dos serviços de assistência por parte das instituições de ensino, além de promover a devida integração entre faculdade e a comunidade, concede uma abordagem prática aos estudantes, representando importante maneira de fomentar a cidadania e o desenvolvimento social.
