A educação permanente e continuada, como um direito à saúde, em um hospital regional de urgência e emergência no Cone Sul de Rondônia

    The present work aims to demonstrate the importance of the Permanent Hospital Education (NEPH) Center in the urgency and emergency network of the Southern Cone region of Rondônia, as well as the degree of resoluteness in teaching in service of health professionals involved in urgency and emergency. This research is justified by the fact that the theme of health education is of social relevance and has a direct impact on the provision of services to users of the unified health system. The problem ahead concerns the question of how the degree of resolution of health actions in the urgency and emergency network occurs, in view of the structural difficulties of the hospital institution. The research presented here is structured in three chapters, within the results, and the first chapter will address Permanent and Continuing Education and practices in in-service teaching, followed by the second chapter, which will deal specifically with the Functioning of Health Education in the urgent and emergency care at the Hospital and finally, the main actions of the Permanent Education Center in the year 2022. Final Considerations: it is possible to conclude that in relation to the functioning of health education in urgent and emergency care, NEPH presents if in a structured way, through its multidisciplinary composition, however weaknesses were reported with regard to the structure of the auditorium and academic center, could compromise activities aimed at educating employees in the health sector.

    O presente trabalho tem como objetivo demostrar a importância do Núcleo de Educação Permanente Hospitalar (NEPH) na rede de urgência e emergência da região Cone Sul de Rondônia, bem como, o grau de resolutividade no ensino em serviço dos profissionais de saúde envolvidos na urgência e emergência. A referida pesquisa justifica-se pelo fato de o tema educação na saúde ser de relevância social e impactar diretamente na prestação de serviços aos usuários do sistema único de saúde. O problema adiante enfrentado diz respeito à indagação de como se dá o grau de resolutividade das ações em saúde na rede de urgência e emergência, frente as dificuldades estruturais da instituição hospitalar. A pesquisa aqui apresentada, é estruturada em três capítulos, dentro dos resultados, sendo que o primeiro capítulo abordará a Educação Permanente e Continuada e as práticas no ensino em serviço, seguindo pelo segundo capítulo, que tratará especificamente sobre o funcionamento da educação na Saúde na atenção de urgência e emergência no Hospital e por fim, as principais ações do Núcleo de Educação Permanente no ano de 2022. Considerações Finais: é possível concluir que em relação ao funcionamento da educação na saúde na atenção de urgência e emergência, o NEPH apresenta-se de forma estruturada, através de sua composição multiprofissional, porém fragilidades foram reportadas no que diz respeito a estrutura do auditório e centro acadêmico, podendo comprometer assim as atividades voltadas a educação dos servidores do setor de saúde.
