Resumen de La inclusión escolar de Chile para las juventudes latinoamericanas en situación de migración y el impacto en sus trayectorias ocupacionales

  En la presente investigación se buscó conocer desde el relato de las juventudes latinoamericanas, el impacto de cómo se ha ido reconfigurando sus trayectorias ocupacionales en el sistema escolar chileno tras la experiencia migratoria, planteando de qué manera han vivido el proceso de inclusión educativa formal. Realizando un análisis con la propuesta inclusiva del Estado, sus legislaciones y bases curriculares, en contraste con la realidad situada que vive esta población. Resulta imperativo poder detectar las situaciones que generan inequidad dentro de la sociedad chilena, por lo cual se consideran los factores sociales y culturales en relación al ámbito educacional en este contexto neoliberal. Además, se presentan alternativas educacionales que responden a las ineficiencias de la educación formal, para cumplir con una inclusión plena, desde los derechos humanos.

  In this work, the aim is to learn from the story of Latin American youths the impact of how their occupational trajectories have been reconfigured in the Chilean school system after the migratory experience, posing how they have lived through the process of formal educational inclusion. Carrying out an analysis with the inclusive proposal of the State, its laws and curricular bases in contrast to the situated reality that this population lives. It should be understood that every person must be recognized as a subject of law regardless of their immigration status and it is the duty of the State as the main guarantor to provide certain protection criteria on the quality of life that each person can choose. It is imperative to be able to detect situations that generate inequality within Chilean society, which is why social and cultural factors are considered in relation to the educational field in this neoliberal context. Finally, educational alternatives are presented that respond to the inefficiencies of formal education, to comply with full inclusion from the guidelines of interculturality, human rights and protagonist participation.
