Resumen de El Sistema de Ciencia e Innovación Tecnológica del sector deportivo de Sancti Spíritus

  La investigación titulada “El Sistema de Ciencia e Innovación Tecnológica (SCIT) del Sector Deportivo de Sancti Spíritus”,  ha tenido como objetivo general la determinar las acciones a implementar en el sector deportivo de esta provincia para contribuir a una mayor integración de sus componentes. Para cumplir este objetivo se analizó una muestra de las investigaciones realizadas en la provincia compuesta por 30 trabajos de diplomas, 5 proyectos comunitarios y 20 tesis de maestría. También ofrecieron datos para la investigación 50 beneficiarios de los proyectos comunitarios, 10 profesionales del sector deportivo y 5 docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Cultura Física y el Deporte. Los métodos del nivel teórico que fueron utilizados para comprender el papel de la organización del proceso de ciencia e innovación tecnológica en las entidades analizadas son: histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis e inducción-deducción. En la investigación también se aplicaron encuestas y entrevistas y se realizaron observaciones. El primer resultado de la investigación es la caracterización del entorno del SCIT de la provincia que incluye debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades y los actores que lo conforman Además de este resultado se determinaron las acciones para mejorar el funcionamiento del SCIT y las tendencias de la ciencia e innovación tecnológica en el sector. Las conclusiones ratifican la necesidad de trabajar en la integración, aprovechamiento del potencial humano disponible, búsqueda de financiamiento y correspondencia entre los resultados de las investigaciones presentadas y las necesidades reales del sector.

  The research entitled "The System of Science and Technological Innovation (SSTI) of the Sancti Spíritus Sports Sector" has had as general objective the determination of the actions to be implemented in the sports sector of this province to contribute to a greater integration of its components. To achieve this objective, a sample of the research carried out in the province was analyzed, consisting of 30graduation thesis, 5 community projects and 20 master's theses. Fifty beneficiaries of community projects, 10 professionals from the sports sector and 5 teachers from the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sport Sciences also offered data for the Research. The methods of the theoretical level that were used to understand the role of the organization of the process of science and technological innovation in the entities analyzed are: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction. Surveys and interviews were also used in the Research and observations were made. The first result of the Research is the characterization of the province's SSTI environment, which includes weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities and the actors that make it up. In addition to this result, actions were identified to improve the functioning of the SSTI and the trends in Science and technological innovation in the sector. The conclusions confirm the need to work on integration, harnessing the human potential available, seeking financing and matching the results of the researches presented and the real needs of the sector.
