    Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de participar en una conferencia organizada por las secciones de Derecho procesal y de arbitraje del Colegio de Abogados de nuestra ciudad y en la que también intervino el presidente del Tribunal Arbitral de Barcelona, conferencia que fue configurada como una sesión práctica sobre la acción de anulación del Laudo arbitral con una visión tanto desde la judicatura como desde la abogacía. Por si pudiera resultar de interés me permito reproducir aquí las principales ideas expuestas por mi parte y que constituyen algunas reflexiones y recomendaciones para todo abogado que se enfrente ante una acción de anulación de Laudo arbitral.

    I recently had the opportunity to participate in a conference organised by the sections of procedural law and arbitration of the Bar Association of our city and in which the president of the Arbitration Court of Barcelona also took part. The conference was configured as a practical session on the action for annulment of the arbitral award with a view from both the judiciary and the legal profession. In case it might be of interest, I would like to reproduce here the main ideas I put forward, which constitute some reflections and recommendations for any lawyer facing an action for annulment of an arbitral award.
