    Parte de la jurisprudencia interpreta el convenio arbitral con prevención; como si de algo extraño o excepcional se tratara. En este trabajo hemos intentado profundizar en la cuestión y ver si esto resulta justificado. Para ello, en primer lugar, hemos analizado los supuestos en que distintos actores jurídicos y desde distintos prismas se ven en la necesidad de interpretar el convenio arbitral. En segundo lugar, hemos repasado los criterios interpretativos de este contrato. No hemos encontrado razones que justifiquen una interpretación restrictiva.

    Part of the jurisprudence interprets the arbitration agreement with caution; as if it were something strange or exceptional. In this work we have tried to delve deeper into the issue to verify if this is justified. To do this, first of all, we have analyzed the cases in which different legal actors and from different perspectives see the need to interpret the arbitration agreement. Finally we have reviewed the interpretative criteria of this contract. We have not found any reason to justify a restrictive interpretation.
