  La presente investigación se ejecutó con el objetivo de analizar la eficiencia y calidad d los servicios de salud prestados durante la pandemia del COVID-19 en el Centro de Atención Primaria de Salud IESS-Paján, por lo que se enmarcó en una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo y carácter no experimental, aplicando como técnica de recolección de datos una encuesta fundamentada en los criterios de evaluación de la metodología SERVQUAL, la cual fue dirigida a una muestra finita de 362 pacientes. Resaltando entre los principales resultados obtenidos en el estudio que para los informantes claves que formaron parte del estudio, el tiempo de espera, la atención brindada, la infraestructura, y la satisfacción en el servicio recibido, demuestran una alta calidad y eficiencia en los servicios brindados por el Centro de Atención Primaria de Salud IESS-Paján a la ciudadanía durante la pandemia del covid-19.

  The present investigation was carried out with the objective of analyzing the efficiency and quality of the health services provided during the COVID-19 pandemic at the IESS-Paján Primary Health Care Center, for which it was framed in a quantitative approach methodology. -tative of a descriptive type and non-experimental nature, applying as a data collection technique a survey based on the evaluation criteria of the SERV-QUAL methodology, which was addressed to a finite sample of 362 patients. Highlighting among the main results obtained in the study that for the key informants who were part of the study, the waiting time, the attention provided, the infrastructure, and the satisfaction with the service received, demonstrate a high quality and efficiency in the services provided by the IESS-Paján Primary Health Care Center to citizens during the covid-19 pandemic.
