  Desde la introducción del primer sistema de alineadores transparentes fabricados en serie, han surgido diversas empresas que han contribuido con innovaciones significativas en los tratamientos ortodónticos. Con el lanzamiento mundial del sistema Angel Aligner en 2023, que se posiciona como el segundo mayor fabricante de alineadores transparentes a nivel global, este estudio se propone compararlo con los sistemas más populares en el mercado hasta la fecha. Destaca el software iOrtho para el diagnóstico y planificación de tratamientos, pionero en la integración del CBCT y el análisis cefalométrico asistido por inteligencia artificial. Los ortodoncistas disponen de un amplio portafolio de opciones de tratamiento basadas en la edad del paciente, la complejidad de la maloclusión y el tipo de material utilizado en los alineadores. Permite adaptar el tratamiento de forma más eficaz y efectiva, mejorando los resultados clínicos. El sistema Angel Aligner destaca por su enfoque personalizado, permitiendo tratamientos que combinan diferentes materiales, flexible y rígido, así como personalizar la línea de corte. Es pionero en el tratamiento ortopédico de la clase II con bloques de mordida, en el tratamiento en dentición temporal, y en la integración de botones incluidos en el alineador.

  Since the introduction of the first mass-produced clear aligner system, a number of companies have emerged that have contributed significant innovations to orthodontic treatment. With the global launch of the Angel Aligner system in 2023, positioning it as the second largest manufacturer of clear aligners globally, this study sets out to compare it with the most popular systems on the market to date. The iOrtho software for diagnosis and treatment planning, which pioneered the integration of CBCT and artificial intelligenceassisted cephalometric analysis, stands out. Orthodontists have a broad portfolio of treatment options based on the patient's age, the complexity of the malocclusion and the type of material used in the aligners. It allows treatment to be tailored more efficiently and effectively, improving clinical outcomes. The Angel Aligner system stands out for its personalised approach, allowing treatments that combine different materials, flexible and rigid, as well as customising the cutting line. It is a pioneer in the orthopaedic treatment of Class II with bite blocks, in the treatment of primary dentition, and in the integration of buttons included in the aligner.
