Resumen de A gestão municipal e a gestão escolar: articulações nas práticas educacionais inclusivas em Serra/ES

  This work is an investigation process on the challenges for inclusive educational movements present in the educational context of the Municipal Education Network of Serra in the state of Espírito Santo during the critical period of the epidemic of the New Coronavirus (Covid-19). Its general objectiveis to understand the influences between municipal education management and school management on inclusive educational practices. Well, one of the problems is to understand the importance of the different managerial processes in the educational scope of the Brazilian context. Thus, to reach this objective, this study is a qualitative research, through a case study, which took place between the years 2020 to 2022, through the application of a questionnaire produced by Google Form. Two pedagogical advisors and three school managers (in function of school management) participated in this research. With the responses produced, we identified the relationships between the education system and the school context that directly influenced inclusive educational practices, as there is a collaboration and advisory work that guarantees the effectiveness of a collective pedagogical work. Thus, when carrying out this research, it was possible to identify that the school contexts were not at a standstill, education professionals were in constant motion to guarantee, as far as possible, the continuity of the development of different students. Finally, we conclude that everything that is done in the school itself is a social practice, so the educator's function is to give meaning to social practices through the knowledge presented, contributing to the intellectual and personal formation of the student, aiming at their social emancipation.

  Este trabalho trata-se de um processo de investigação sobre os desafios para os movimentos educacionais inclusivos presentes no contexto educacional da Rede Municipal de Educação da Serra no estado do Espírito Santo durante o período crítico da epidemia do Novo Coronavírus (Covid-19). Tem como objetivo geral compreender as influências entre a gestão municipal de educação com a gestão escolar sobre as práticas educacionais inclusivas. Pois, umas das problemáticas é a de entender a importância dos diferentes processos gerenciais no âmbito educacional do contexto brasileiro. Assim, para chegar a esse objetivo este estudo trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, por meio de um estudo de caso, que ocorreu entre os anos de 2020 a 2022, através da aplicação de questionário produzido pelo Google Formulário. Participaram dessa pesquisa duas assessoras pedagógicas e três gestores escolares (em função de direção escolar). Com as respostas produzidas identificamos as relações entre o sistema de ensino com o contexto escolar influenciaram diretamente as práticas educacionais inclusivas, pois, há um trabalho de colaboração e assessoramento que garante a efetivação de um trabalho pedagógico coletivo. Dessa forma, ao realizarmos essa pesquisa, foi possível identificar que os contextos escolares não estiveram parados, os profissionais da educação estavam em constantes movimentos para a garantia, no possível, para a continuidade dos desenvolvimentos dos diferentes educandos. Por fim, concluímos que tudo que se faz na escola em si, é uma prática social, sendo assim a função do educador é dar sentindo as práticas sociais através do conhecimento apresentado, contribuindo para formação intelectual e pessoal do discente, visando a sua emancipação social.
