    • The purpose of this research is to analyze the project called "Life and Development"; Kolem Jaa´, is a natural tourist complex that is located in the State of Tabasco, Mexico; in the municipality of Tacotalpa, 85 kilometers from the city of Villahermosa, Tabasco; Its origin dates back to 2002. It is considered one of the first Ecotourism developments, and its objective is the protection of nature, but in a sustainable way, through the practice of sports and guided visits in the middle of the jungle and on the margin of the Oxolotan river. This research is descriptive, because it describes a large part of the reality or phenomenon, it is also explanatory since it emphasizes the causes and consequences of a phenomenon. The research method is qualitative, which allows to explain the tourist elements of the project. The results, has the purpose of promoting the activities that are carried out, through tourist packages aimed at the family in general; What policies apply to the elderly: the possibility that prices for visitors are appropriate to their purchasing power and the afore of local, national and foreign visitors. As well as the economic benefit that makes the natural place a sustained development with social responsibility.
