    La investigacion que se presenta se enfoca en mostrar como se lleva a cabo la implementación real de las múltiples herramientas de la manufactura en un contexto productivo que permita su utilización en problemas reales dentro de los procesos de la industria automotriz. En primera instancia la identificación de áreas de oportunidad será el principal factor que nos permita indagar sobre la solución para abarcar las necesidades de las mismas, previo a esto buscaremos la implementación de la herramienta más adecuada para dar cobertura al área de oportunidad identificada y posterior a esto una implementación sistemática que nos permita el aseguramiento de que algo similar no vuelva a ocurrir. Pretendiendo así mostrar al usuario un método real con resultados demostrados que fundamenten la factibilidad de la implementación de las herramientas de la manufactura, permitiendo que el usuario genere un pensamiento enfocado en la manufactura ágil basado en el aseguramiento de areas de oportunidad, que le permita atacar problemáticas desde la raíz dando acciones correctivas a las áreas de oportunidad y no solo métodos de contención que no permitan el aseguramiento de las mismas dentro de sus procesos, cayendo así en un círculo vicioso de reincidencias con las mismas áreas de oportunidad.

    The research presented focuses on showing how the real implementation of the multiple manufacturing tools is carried out in a productive context that allows their use in real problems within the processes of the automotive industry.  In the first instance, the identification of opportunity areas will be the main factor that allows us to investigate the solution to cover their needs. Prior to this, we will seek the implementation of the most appropriate tool to cover the identified opportunity area and after This is a systematic implementation that allows us to ensure that something similar does not happen again. Thus intending to show the user a real method with demonstrated results that support the feasibility of the implementation of manufacturing tools, allowing the user to generate thinking focused on agile manufacturing based on the assurance of areas of opportunity, which allows them to attack problems from the root by giving corrective actions to the areas of opportunity and not only containment methods that do not allow their assurance within their processes, thus falling into a vicious circle of recurrences with the same areas of opportunity.
