    Cuando se habla de educación es importante identificar el sin fin de variables que pueden afectar su desarrollo, por ello, analizar aquellos elementos que enmarcan la política educativa y sus reformas, es importante puesto que éstas marcan las principales pautas que rigen el sistema educativo del país, y por tal motivo han tenido un impacto significativo en el quehacer de las escuelas, sus equipos de gestión, sus docentes y sus resultados. Es por eso que en este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las reformas al Artículo Tercero Constitucional para mostrar el impacto que han tenido estas en algunos indicadores educativos, sobre todo, en la calidad del SEN. Es un trabajo analítico-descriptivo que recupera diversos aconteceres a lo largo de 4 sexenios y lo que va del actual gobierno, situándonos en el año 2023 y que han repercutido directamente en la educación del país.

    When talking about education it is important to identify the endless number of variables that can affect its development, therefore, it is important to analyze those elements that frame the educational policy and its reforms, since they set the main guidelines that govern the country's educational system, and for this reason they have had a significant impact on the work of schools, their management teams, their teachers and their results. That is why the objective of this paper is to analyze the reforms to the Third Constitutional Article in order to show the impact they have had on some educational indicators, especially on the quality of the SEN. It is an analytical-descriptive work that recovers various events over 4 six-year periods and the current government, placing us in the year 2023 and that have had a direct impact on education in the country.
