Examinaremos la singularidad europea en la formación temprana del Estado y en el surgimiento inseparable entre los estados europeos y rule of law. Por lo cual se hará un recorrido de la evolución del derecho romano y romanista y analizaremos su rol en la conformación espiritual occidental que llevaría a la eventual separación entre Iglesia y Estado como fundamento del mundo moderno.

We will examine the European singularity in the early formation of the State and in the inseparable emergence between the European states and the rule of law. Therefore, a tour of the evolution of Roman and civil law will be made and we will analyze its role in the Western spiritual conformation that would lead to the eventual separation between Church and State as the foundation of the modern world.
