    El objetivo del presente artículo de investigación es enmarcar la Constitución de Cádiz de 1812 en el ámbito de la historia constitucional de la época. A través de una metodología cualitativo-descriptiva, el artículo también quiere averiguar qué tipo de relación se puede establecer con la Constitución francesa de 1791, y aquella estadounidense de 1787, además del modelo constitucional inglés. Finalmente, el artículo analiza el modelo de Cádiz en su proyección internacional.

    The objective of this research article is to frame the 1812 Cadiz Constitution as a part of the constitutional history of the period. Through a qualitative-descriptive methodology, this article verify the type of relationship that can be gone to establish with the 1791 French Constitution and with that American of 1787, over that with the English constitutional model. Finally, to evaluate the model of Cadiz in its international projection.
