    Este artículo presenta brevemente los antecedentes de la reflexión y construcción colectiva del Derecho a la Ciudad, a partir de la experiencia en la capital del país para realizar la “Carta de la Ciudad de México por el Derecho a la Ciudad”. Asimismo, se identifican las principales acciones y retos para el gobierno, a fin de incorporar y materializar en las políticas públicas los principios y ejes rectores que integran este nuevo derecho humano.

    This article presents the background of the reflection and collective construction of the Right to the City, from the experience in the nation’s capital for the Charter of Mexico city for the Right to the City. Also, the main actions and challenges for the Government are identified, to incorporate and realize in public policy the principles and guiding axes that make up this new human right
