    El presente trabajo recopila una serie de reflexiones, investigaciones, conceptos y propuestas que, a partir de la psicología del deporte, buscan sensibilizar al lector y aportarle una alternativa a conductas que regularmente se observan en los campos de futbol infantil, donde se mezclan de manera incluso divertida y a veces peligrosas, situaciones que son despertadas por la motivación de ganar, de ser el mejor o de llegar a ser estrella profesional del futbol. Así, los padres bautizan a sus hijos con el nombre de grandes futbolistas. Los entrenadores se desgarran la garganta exigiendo goles o criticando al árbitro, las escuelas presumen sus trofeos y becan estudiantes, no todos llegan a profesionales, muchos abandonan: ¿Qué hacer con ellos?, ¿qué hacer con la situación? Esto es, pues, una aportación desde nuestras experiencias.

    This work is a reflexion, research, concepts and propositions’ recopilation based in sports psychology which looks for an impact on the reader and to give him/her a behavior alternative in the children’s soccer fields, where many situations generated by the motivation for winning, bieng the best or become professional soccer stars are mixed in a funny and/ or dangerous way. Parents name their sons by a soccer star’s name, the coaches grip their shirts off demanding a goal or critizing the referee’s decisions, schools show off the trophies and give students sports scholarships, but not everybody becomes a professional, many kids quit. What to do with them? What to do with the situation? –This is an aportation in our experiences.
