Resumen de La crisis en pandemia, un quiebre para repensar las perspectivas de salud

  En este escrito se parte de un análisis de la crisis sanitaria y social que aqueja a nivel mundial, en particular a la Argentina. Es a partir de ello que surgen cuestionamientos que llevan a discutir las lógicas de organización y nuestra acción como suejetes, cuestionar los individualismos en un momento donde lo colectivo/comunitario es imperativo. En ese devenir el concepto de salud no es ajeno a ello y merece ser repensado y resignificado desde otras lógicas a la hegemónica (paradigma biologicista-medicinal), en tanto ha demostrado falencias y debilidades para dar respuestas efectivas frente a la pandemia mundial. En función de ello, proponemos un paradigma teórico-metodológico-político alternativo de la salud, sin embargo hay que tener la claridad de que su efectivización no es tarea fácil, por tanto el análisis y la reflexión de la realidad social y del campo de la salud cobra un papel fundante en la actualidad, donde las responsabilidades deben estar claras y ser (re)pensadas en vías de determinar los desafíos de llevar a cabo una perspectiva de salud que tome como criterio de pensamiento/acción la ética del cuidado. Le sujete debe situarse, historizarse, humanizarse y constituirse(lo) en agente del abordaje colectivo de su salud.

  In this paper we start talking about the qualities of the social and sanitarium crises on the world, particularly about the consequences in Argentina. Taking it into account, we ask us for the human ways to act, usually individually, when, in fact, the solidarity way is a need for everyone and everything in this time. So, in this way, we ask for health too, as an action, as a concept, as a social policy, as a discipline, and as a popular speech. It is not only lack of sickness, or a body situation, neither is only a biology area. This logic (hegemony) to think and act into the health field, has failed fighting pandemic. Therefore we talk about and propose others and alternative points of view about it, trying to change the most popular way to understand health. But it is not easy. Becomes it real involves, first, red and interprets the total social reality and, in specific, interprets the health field. Knowing the roles and the functions into this is too important if we want to identify the challenges changing its structuring logic for an ethic of care. The subject must be understanding in relation with his life history, his human condition, and also, we must do necessary things to subject become an agent-competitor, when is his health involved.
