Análisis de la incorporación laboral de las personas discapacitadas en la zona de planificación 8 de Ecuador

    La investigación aborda la incorporación laboral de las personas con discapacidad en la zona de planificación 8 de Ecuador. La metodología es de tipo descriptiva y de enfoque cuantitativo, los métodos utilizados fueron: estadístico, deductivo, analítico, sintético; la técnica fue la encuesta. De los resultados obtenidos se reveló que casi el 60% de la muestra ha alcanzado el bachillerato; el 50% manifestó estar de acuerdo con la infraestructura en el lugar de trabajo, a diferencia del restante que alegó alguna condición de incomodidad especialmente en los comedores; en cambio más del 60% indicó que las actividades que desempeñan no están acordes con su profesión o habilidad; casi las tres cuartas partes sostuvo que su salud se ve afectada por la actividad que realizan. Los fundamentos teóricos que han aportado a esta investigación son la UNESCO, Organización de la Salud, Organización Internacional del Trabajo. Las personas con discapacidad que se encuentran laborando en la zona de planificación 8, comentan que como fortaleza tienen la normativa en el país, en favor de la discapacidad, y la propuesta del estado por intentar garantizarles acceso a puestos de trabajos; en cuanto a las debilidades se determinó que existe escaza difusión de las leyes de inserción laboral de las personas con discapacidad, y el abandono de sus familiares; en cuanto a oportunidades se destaca la creciente sugerencia de organismos internacionales como la UNESCO y la Organización Internacional del Trabajo. A nivel nacional, se cuenta con algunas instituciones de apoyo como SENPLADES, Ministerio de Salud, Ministerios de Inclusión Económica y Social, CONADIS, Ministerio de trabajo.

    The following investigation approachs the labor incorporation of people with disabilities in the eight planification zone of Ecuador. The methodology is descriptive and cuantitative tape; the methods used were: statistical, deductive, analytical, synthetic; the technique use was the survey. From the results obtained it was revealed that almost 60% of the people tested has reach the senior year of high school education; 50% said they agreed with the infraestructure in the place of work, unlike the rest who declared some inconvenience especially in the dining rooms. On the other hand, more than 60% indicated that the activities they do are not related to their profession or ability; almost three quarters confirmed their health is affected by the activities they perform. The theorical bases that have contributed to this research are UNESCO, Organization of health, International Labor Organization. People with dissabilities working in the eight planification zone, said that as a strenght they have the law system on the country, that is on favor of disability and the proposal of the state for trying to garantee access to places of work; as for their weakness, it was determined that there is limited difussion of the laws of integration of people with disabilities and the abandon of their families. As opportunities is remarkable the suggestion of international organization like UNESCO and the Internationl Organization of labor.
