Cuba, constitución y Ley de protección al adulto mayor. ¿Sueño o realidad?

    Las sociedades actuales colmadas muchas de ellas por la pobreza, exigen la atención de los instrumentos jurídicos nacionales e internacionales; así mismo, resulta preocupante que cada día existan más personas que sobrepasen los 60 años de edad, por ello cada Estado, mediante los mecanismos que sean necesarios debe trazar nuevos vías jurídicas, políticas y económicas para dar solución a las problemáticas que en él se generan, especialmente cuando tienen como causa principal el gradual y constante envejecimiento de su masa poblacional. Ésta investigación contribuirá al enriquecimiento en materia teórica y normativa, a partir de un estudio realizado referente al tema, encaminada a proteger al adulto mayor, mediante la creación de una Ley cuya finalidad será salvaguardar los intereses de este grupo de la sociedad.

    Many of current societies are full poverty, they demand the attention of the national and international juridical instruments; likewise, it is preoccupant that every day exists more people that surpass the 60 years of age, that is why each State, by means of the mechanisms that are necessary should trace new juridical, political and economic roads to give solution especially to the problems that are generated in it, especially when they have as main cause the gradual and constant aging of its population mass. This investigation will contribute to the enrichment in theoretical and normative matter, starting from a study carried out with related to the topic, guided to protect the elder adult, by means of the creation of a Law whose purpose will be to safeguard the interests of this group of the society.
