    Esta investigación tiene como propósito analizar la praxis de enfermería en discapacidad motora, orientada a comprender el cuidado desde un área mucho más humana, teniendo una actitud empática, de servicio y conciencia sobre la dolencia por la que está pasando el paciente, tratando de hacer de su realidad mucho más llevadera y que pueda rehabilitarse poco a poco, para que el paciente tenga la capacidad de desarrollar sus actividades diarias con la mayor normalidad posible dentro de sus limitaciones motrices, buscando una autonomía parcial que le permita tener una mejor calidad de vida.

    La labor de la praxis de enfermería es una acción mucho más humana moral y ética, que son características propias de los profesionales de esta área, tratando de alcanzar una relación terapéutica primordial entre el paciente y la atención de enfermería, basada en el respeto y la intersubjetividad, considerando las exigencias y transformaciones de los sistemas sanitarios, para brindar una mejor atención al paciente manteniendo una capacitación continua, para que su practicidad sea sistemática, continua y profunda, de una manera consciente de que su accionar debe ser orientada a ofrecer ayuda terapéutica, para restaurar la salud del paciente y proteger su vida. El desarrollo moral de los profesionales de enfermería, se basa en el conocimiento de tipo social con relación al análisis de la praxis-sociedad que debe ser orientada a los principios axiológicos y fundamentados en la reflexividad de las acciones frente a las condiciones del ambiente, sociedad y praxis que se debe adoptar de manera personalizada según las condiciones o necesidades que pueda presentar el paciente.

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the nursing praxis in motor disability, aimed at understanding care from a much more human area, having an empathic attitude, service and awareness about the ailment that the patient is going through, trying to make Its reality is much more bearable and that it can be rehabilitated little by little, so that the patient has the ability to carry out their daily activities as normally as possible within their motor limitations, seeking partial autonomy that allows them to have a better quality of life.

    The work of nursing praxis is a much more humane, moral and ethical action, which are typical characteristics of professionals in this area, trying to achieve a primary therapeutic relationship between the patient and nursing care, based on respect and trust. intersubjectivity, considering the demands and transformations of health systems, to provide better patient care while maintaining continuous training, so that its practicality is systematic, continuous and deep, in a conscious way that its actions must be oriented to offer therapeutic help, to restore the patient's health and protect his life. The moral development of nursing professionals is based on knowledge of a social type in relation to the analysis of praxis-society that must be oriented to axiological principles and based on the reflexivity of actions in the face of environmental conditions, society and praxis that must be adopted in a personalized way according to the conditions or needs that the patient may present.
