  Toda empresa tiene como meta u objetivo crear productos o servicios que cubren unas necesidades puntuales. Este propósito requiere una estructura organizacional con múltiples recursos, y uno de los más valiosos es su activo fijo. En mayor o menor medida e independientemente del sector en el que se encuentra la compañía, son elementos que juegan un papel importante y su correcta gestión es fundamental para garantizar el crecimiento de los negocios. Sin embargo, en ocasiones hacer un control unificado de estos activos puede llegar a ser dispendioso. Con el avance de la tecnología y el desarrollo de nuevas soluciones es posible gestionar de manera efectiva todos estos productos o elementos que hacen parte del activo principal de una empresa. La inteligencia artificial, el machine learning, el RIFD y los códigos QR son las principales tecnologías que han permitido realizar de manera más efectiva el control de estos activos. Se concluye que contar con soluciones que permitan mejorar la eficiencia y el control de los activos será indispensable para todas las compañías que requieran migrar a procesos más eficientes. Sin lugar a dudas, implementar este tipo de tecnologías en los procesos logísticos y en la cadena de abastecimientos será una oportunidad de explorar y trascender a procesos eficientes, innovadores y eficaces.

  This purpose requires an organizational structure with multiple resources, and one of the most valuable is its fixed assets. To a greater or lesser extent and regardless of the sector in which the company is located, they are elements that play an important role and their correct management is essential to guarantee business growth. However, sometimes providing unified control of these assets can be costly. With the advancement of technology and the development of new solutions, it is possible to effectively manage all these products or elements that are part of the main asset of a company. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, RIFD and QR codes are the main technologies that have allowed the control of these assets to be carried out more effectively. It is concluded that having solutions that allow improving efficiency and control of assets will be essential for all companies that need to migrate to more efficient processes. Without a doubt, implementing this type of technologies in logistics processes and the supply chain will be an opportunity to explore and transcend efficient, innovative and effective processes.
