Resumen de Formação de educadores e organização curricular em ciclos: diálogos e proposições

The article aims to investigate the process of educators training in the implementation of the curriculum proposal in learning cycles, within the school and the Department of Education, according to the Freyan benchmarks. To understand the relationship between theory and practice, the proposals of the Learning Cycles at the Popular and Democratic School, at the Municipal Teaching Network of São Paulo (1989 to 1992) and of the Learning Cycles at the Municipal Network of Diadema (2005 to 2008) were presented and analyzed. The research was developed through a qualitative approach, with bibliographic review and analysis of legal and official documents. The proposal of the organization of the school in cycles sought to reorient the organization of the curriculum and the space/time/learning relationship in the school day, through dialogical action and the process of educators' training. It is a possibility to make a quality education, a fairer, more organic, articulate and interdisciplinary teaching-learning process, a critical apprehension of reality, the construction of meaningful knowledge and ethical values in a formative and humanizing perspective.

O artigo tem como objetivo investigar o processo de formação de educadores na implementação da proposta curricular em ciclos de aprendizagem, no âmbito da escola e da Secretaria de Educação, de acordo com os referenciais freireanos. Para compreender a relação entre teoria e prática foram apresentadas e analisadas as propostas dos Ciclos de Aprendizagem na Escola Popular e Democrática, na Rede Municipal de Ensino de São Paulo (1989 a 1992) e dos Ciclos de Aprendizagem na Rede Municipal de Diadema (2005 a 2008). A pesquisa foi desenvolvida por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa, com revisão bibliográfica e análise de documentos legais e oficiais. A proposta da organização da escola em ciclos buscou reorientar a organização curricular e a relação espaço/tempo/aprendizado no cotidiano escolar, por meio da ação dialógica e do processo de formação de educadores. É uma possibilidade de fazer uma educação com qualidade, um processo de ensino-aprendizagem mais justo, orgânico, articulado e interdisciplinar, de apreensão crítica da realidade, de construção de conhecimentos significativos e de valores éticos em uma perspectiva formativa e humanizadora.
