Resumen de Assistentes sociais professores/as: considerações sobre a entrada de bacharéis no magistério do ensino superior

  In this article, from the analysis ofspeeches delivered by social workers who act as teachers in higher social service courses, the conditions of entry of these professionals into the teaching profession and their conceptions of being a teacher are discussed. Thus, the research that gave rise to this work seeks to understand how came the construction of the teaching condition of a group of social workers who exercise the teaching in higher education of the Social Service course offered by the Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais in the cityof Divinópolis and region. The analysis shows that there are some weaknesses that have long permeated the insertion of social workers in the higher level teaching, which demands a more accurate reflection of the instances that deal with the training and professional work of the social worker.

  Neste artigo, a partir de análise de discursos proferidos por assistentes sociais que atuam como professores/as em cursos superiores de Serviço Social, discutem-se as condições de entrada desses profissionais na docência e suas concepções do ser professor. Assim, a pesquisa que deu origem a este trabalho busca compreender como veio se dando a construção da condição docente de um grupo de assistentes sociais que exercem o magistério no ensino Superior do curso de Serviço Social oferecido pela Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais na cidade de Divinópolis e região. Nota-se, com a análise, a não superações de algumas fragilidades que há tempos permeiam a inserção de assistentes sociais no magistério de nível superior, o que demanda uma reflexão mais apurada das instâncias que tratam da formação e do trabalho profissional do assistente social.
