    En los últimos meses, la regulación de la incapacidad temporal ha experimentado interesantes reformas, algunas de ellas de trascendencia práctica. El objeto de este artículo es identificarlas, incidiendo en los términos en que han consistido y cuál ha sido su alcance a efectos de facilitar al lector la comprensión de los cambios que ha experimentado la regulación de la in-capacidad temporal en relación con la jurisprudencia recaída sobre la materia.

    In recent months, the regulation of temporary disability has undergone interesting reforms, some of them of practical importance. The purpose of this article is to identify them, focusing on the terms in which they have consisted and what their scope has been in order to facilitate the reader’s understanding of the changes that the regulation of temporary disability has undergone in relation to the jurisprudence relapsed on the subject.
