Predictive regression equations were generated to estimate total length of the stripped weakfish (C. guatucupa) using skull and pectoral girdle bones, specific body and otolith lengths. Regressions using skull and pectoral girdle bones, specific body and otolith lengths were all statistically significant. The bone and external body features´ regressions evidently have the capability to increase the amount of dietary information obtainable from stomach contents analyses of Southwest Atlantic piscivore organisms.
