    El trabajo trata el tema de cómo implementar sistemas (informáticos) que permitan disponer y realizar análisis de la información oportuna y confiable sobre el comportamiento financiero del sector público, que posibilite la dirección, evaluación y control de la gestión de los órganos, organismos, direcciones administrativas, empresas públicas, unidades presupuestadas, uniones y demás entidades donde tenga intereses el Estado. cePRE$, es el resultado de la combinación de esfuerzos de los especialistas del área de Informática con los especialistas de las áreas de Política Financiera, Fiscal, Contable, Atención Institucional y Contabilidad Gubernamental; con el objetivo de automatizar las operaciones relacionadas con el análisis, control, proyección y planificación del presupuesto del Estado.

    The work deals with the issue of how to implement (computer) systems that allow the availability and analysis of timely and reliable information on the financial behavior of the public sector, which enables the management, evaluation and control of the management of the organs, agencies, administrative offices, public companies, budgeted units, unions and other entities where the State has interests. cePRE$ is the result of the combination of efforts of specialists in the area of Informatics with specialists in the areas of Financial Policy, Fiscal, Accounting, Institutional Care and Government Accounting; With the objective of automating the operations related to the analysis, control, projection and planning of the State budget.
