Resumen de Procedimiento para el control de los costos en la ganadería bovina

  La presente investigación tiene como objetivo: desarrollar un procedimiento metodológico para el control de los costos de producción en la ganadería bovina que favorezca la información financiera. De acuerdo a las clasificaciones de las investigaciones se puede decir que es de tipo documental y de campo, debido a que se constataron documentos de los registros contables del sector ganadero bovino, así como datos obtenidos directamente de las explotaciones ganaderas, a través de observaciones y entrevistas a los trabajadores y directivos. El procedimiento que se propone es una necesidad para el control de los costos, ya que el costo de la producción terminada se calcula basado en el peso del animal en pie por un precio promedio y no se tienen en cuenta los gastos incurridos en el periodo.

  Present it investigation has like objective: Developing a procedure methodology for the cost control of production in the bovine cattle raising that the financial information favor. It can be said that according to the classifications of investigations it is of documentary and field type, because the documents of the accounting records of the cattle bovine sector, as well as data obtained directly of the cattle exploitations, through observations and glimpsed to the workers and executives verified  themselves. The procedure that you set yourself is a need for cost control, since you estimate the cost of the finished output around the weight of the standing animal for an average price basely and they do not have in account the incurred expenses in the period.
