It has been repeatedly said and written that the Malvinas Island belong to Argentina. This is supported by historic facts, legal issues and geologic research. All these facts and statements are the reasons to justify that the territorial sovereignty must be of Argentina and is not only for unacceptable warlike action. In the following pages, and with the limitations of a short manuscript, we propose to explain the historic background, the invasion made by de Unit-ed Kingdon, and the several claims to different international Organizations and also to the United Kingdom.
