    Las presentes páginas se detienen ante la novedad que supone en la recopilación castellana el título “Del resguardo de la salud pública” inserto en el último hito de este método legislativo, la Novísima, poniéndolo en relación, hacia atrás, con la clasificación delictiva de Filangieri y del Plan de Código Criminal carolino, así como, hacia delante, con los frutos de la codificación habidos en 1822 y 1848 y sus respectivos delitos contra la salud pública.

    These pages stop at the novelty that the title “Of the protection of public health”, inserted in the last milestone of this legislative method, supposes in the Castilian compilation, the Novísima, putting it in relation, back in the time, with the criminalclassification of Filangieri and the Criminal Code Plan of Carlos IV, as well as, forward in the time, with the fruits of the codification that occurred in 1822 and 1848 and their respective crimes against public health.
