  El peregrinar ha sido desde siempre un tema recurrido en la literatura, y esta se basa en la experiencia de la vida real, como real es el sentido religioso del peregrinar, presente en la trayectoria de la Biblia y en la propia Vida de Jesús. El ir y buscar, el trasladarse y moverse, el peregrinar está presente en la vida del ser humano y por lo tanto en la religión cristiana a lo largo de todo su tiempo.
