Resumen de Aprendizaje organizacional mediado por tecnologías en una escuela primaria en el contexto de la pandemia del COVID 19

La educación a distancia derivada de la pandemia por el COVID 19, trajo consigo cambios importantes en las prácticas pedagógicas, cambios que estaban anunciados por diversos autores como una revolución necesaria en el ámbito educativo, pero que aún existía resistencia: el uso de las tecnologías digitales. Aún cuando los docentes no contaban con la preparación formal ni la experiencia en el uso de la tecnología para la enseñanza de manera remota, se aprendió sobre la marcha y será muy importante conservar estos aprendizajes y seguirles sacando provecho. Al enfrentarnos a una nueva normalidad, las prácticas pedagógicas y de gestión escolar que se realicen en la escuela no pueden ser iguales a las previas a la pandemia, será muy importante optimizar los tiempos y potencializar la enseñanza. La preservación de estas nuevas prácticas de enseñanza y de gestión se puede lograr a través de una estrategia de aprendizaje organizacional de manera que la escuela no solo enseñe, sino que también aprenda.

Distance education derived from the COVID 19 pandemic brought with it important changes in pedagogical practices, changes that were announced by various authors as a necessary revolution in the educational field, but there was still resistance: the use of digital technologies. Even when the teachers did not have the formal preparation or experience in the use of technology for teaching remotely, they learned on the fly and it will be very important to preserve these learnings and continue to take advantage of them. As we face a new normality, the pedagogical and school management practices that are carried out in the school cannot be the same as those prior to the pandemic, it will be very important to optimize time and enhance teaching. The preservation of these new teaching and management practices can be achieved through an organizational learning strategy so that the school not only teaches, but also learns.
