Resumen de Calidad en la gestión de los proyectos socio integradores del programa nacional de formación en agroalimentación

  La investigación fue realizada en el Programa Nacional de Formación (PNF) en Agroalimentación, perteneciente a la Universidad Politécnica Territorial de Falcón “Alonso Gamero”, con sede en Coro, estado Falcón. La misma tuvo como objetivo evaluar la calidad en la gestión de los proyectos socio integradores (PSI). El estudio consistió en una investigación de tipo descriptiva, apoyado en una investigación de campo. La población estuvo conformada por 22 individuos, docentes adscritos al PNF en Agroalimentación, para la muestra se seleccionó de la población 22 individuos por ser estos los docentes que se desempeñan directamente con los proyectos socio integradores como docentes guías y/o asesores. La información fue recabada mediante un análisis FODA, revisión documental y la aplicación de un instrumento. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron la existencia de una serie de limitantes que afectan de forma directa el desarrollo exitoso de los PSI en las comunidades, es necesario destacar que la falta de información post – PSI. La revisión de data de PSI en las comunidades entre 2011-2016, demostró que menos de 10% de los PSI se les dio continuidad en la misma comunidad, y el número de proyectos se redujeron a un 30% a lo largo de ese periodo de tiempo.

  The research was carried out in the National Training Program (PNF) in Agroalimentación, belonging to the Regional Polytechnic University of Falcón "Alonso Gamero", based in Coro, Falcón state. The objective was to evaluate the quality in the management of the integrating projects (PSI). The study consisted of descriptive research, supported by field research. The information was collected through a SWOT analysis, document review and the application of an instrument. The obtained results showed the existence of a series of limitations that directly affect the successful development of PSI in the communities, it is necessary to emphasize that the lack of post - PSI information. The review of PSI data in communities between 2011-2016 showed that less than 10% of PSIs were given continuity in the same community, and the number of projects was reduced to 30% over that period. weather.
