    La investigación trató sobre los aspectos relacionados a fomentar los valores y sus componentes como justicia, solidaridad y respeto, con el objetivo de determinar la influencia de la aplicación de cuentos infantiles para fomentar los valores en alumnos del quinto grado de educación primaria de la institución educativa 33507 “Mirador” Huánuco, distrito de Huánuco, esta investigación se realizó en el año 2021. La investigación fue un estudio Pre experimental, en su modalidad cuasiexperimental, con un diseño con pretest y pos test. La población se conformó por alumnos del quinto y sexto grado correspondientes al V ciclo, y con muestra de 14 estudiantes. En los resultados obtenidos se evaluó los valores en los estudiantes, en pretest se obtuvo entre todos los estudiantes que el 85,7% se ubica en el nivel bajo y en el nivel regular el 14,3%. Asimismo, en pos test se tuvo 28,6% que se ubica en el nivel regular y 71,4% en el nivel alto. Se observó que hubo una diferencia considerable en los resultados, la que consideramos como efecto aplicar la estrategia de los cuentos. En conclusión, al aplicar los cuentos infantiles mejoró la práctica de valores en los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa 33507 Mirador, Huánuco 2021. (Como el valor de t = 15,66 es superior al valor crítico tc = 1,77)

    The investigation dealt with aspects related to promoting values and its components such as justice, solidarity and respect, with the objective of determining the influence of the application of children's stories to promote values in students of the fifth grade of primary education of the educational institution. 33507 "Mirador" Huánuco, district of Huánuco, this research is carried out in the year 2021. The research was a pre-experimental study, in its quasi-experimental modality, with a pretest and posttest design. The population was made up of fifth and sixth grade students corresponding to the V cycle, and with a sample of 14 students. In the results obtained, the values in the students were evaluated, in the pretest it was obtained among all the students that 85.7% were located at the low level and 14.3% at the regular level. Likewise, in the posttest, 28.6% were located at the regular level and 71.4% at the high level. It is observed that there was a considerable difference in the results, which we consider to be the effect of applying the story strategy. In conclusion, by applying children's stories, the practice of values in the students of the Educational Institution 33507 Mirador, Huánuco 2021 improved. (As the value of t = 15.66 is higher than the critical value tc = 1.77)
