Educación superior en tiempos post-covid-19: hacia un modelo de enseñanza híbrido

    La pandemia del covid-19 originó una crisis sin precedentes en el mundo entero, en el ámbito educativo se procedió al cierre de todas las instituciones educativas y en aras de dar continuidad al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, se pasó de un modelo de instrucción presencial a uno virtual. A partir de esta investigación documental se presenta una reflexión acerca de la educación superior en tiempos de covid-19, pensando en un nuevo modelo de instrucción. A manera de conclusión, se expresa que la educación se ha transformado, respondiendo a las circunstancias y a lo que demanda la sociedad. En un futuro mediato, se debe reflexionar en la necesidad de implementar un modelo de instrucción híbrido, con sistemas interactivos multimedia, aprovechando al máximo las ventajas que ofrece cada modalidad, siempre en pro del estudiantado y, en consecuencia, en beneficio de la sociedad.

    The covid-19 pandemic caused an unprecedented crisis throughout the world. In the field of education, all educational institutions were closed and, in order to give continuity to the teaching-learning process, a model of face-to-face instruction was changed to a virtual one. On the basis of this documentary research, a reflection on higher education in times of covid-19 is presented, with a new model of instruction in mind. Byway of conclusion, it is stated that education has been transformed, responding to the circumstances and demands of society. In the near future, it is necessary to reflect on the need to implement a hybrid instruction model, with interactive multimedia systems, making the most of the advantages offered by each modality, always in favour of the student body and, consequently, for the benefit of society.
