  El presente artículo, siendo fruto de un estudio inicial sobre el tema, tiene como objetivo analizar el poder inteligente de China en la participación internacional, introducir teorías y perspectivas chinas en el nuevo orden mundial, presentar los logros obtenidos en la circunstancia de multilateralismo y la gobernanza en la lucha contra COVID-19, descifrar los vínculos íntegros que tienen las acciones de cooperaciones internacionales con el concepto de “Comunidad del Futuro Compartido de la Humanidad”, explicar la propuesta china desde una perspectiva multidimensional. Se espera que el acercamiento hacia el modelo chino del poder inteligente ayude a incentivar el diálogo entre diferentes civilizaciones y promover la cooperación internacional en base a la comprensión mutuo y el beneficio común.

  This article, being the result of an initial study on the subject, aims to analyze China's smart power in international participation, introduce Chinese theories and perspectives in the new world order, present the achievements obtained in the circumstance of multilateralism. and governance in the fight against COVID-19, deciphering the integral links that international cooperation actions have with the concept of the “Community with a Shared Future for Mankind”, explaining that the Chinese proposal from a multidimensional perspective. It is expected that the approach towards the Chinese model of smart power helps to encourage dialogue between different civilizations and promote international cooperation based on mutual understanding and shared benefit.

  “巧实力”是约瑟夫·奈继“软实力”之后提出的新概念。本文旨在分析中国关于世界新秩序的理论和观点，介绍中国在国际交往中运用巧实力，在建设多边主义世界秩序、推进国际合作、进行抗疫斗争中所取得的成就，继而解读国际合作行动与 "人类命运共同体 "概念的整体联系，从政治、经济、文化、国际关系等多维度来阐释中国思路。对中国巧实力的解读将有助于增强异质文明之间的对话，以相互理解、互利共赢为基础，促进国际间的合作。
