  Las grabaciones subrepticias en el ámbito asistencial constituyen un comportamiento en expansión e inevitable, fruto de la era digital que tiene implicaciones éticas y jurídicas. Junto a la necesaria reflexión sobre sus riesgos y beneficios, se hace preciso promover la regulación de este tipo de comportamientos con objeto de aportar seguridad jurídica y aclarar las dudas que generan tanto a los profesionales pacientes como a los pacientes.

  Along with the necessary reflection on its risks and benefits, it is necessary to regulate this type of behavior in order to provide legal certainty and clarify the doubts that it generates for both healthcare practitioners and patients.
