    Este trabajo analiza la evolución de las negociaciones del grupo de trabajo creado para la adhesión de la Unión Europea al Convenio Europeo de Derechos Humanos tras el dictamen 2/13 emitido por el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea. Las negociaciones han llegado a una fase final. Se trata especialmente la cuestión relativa a la PESC, la única cuestión que queda por resolver.

    This work focuses on the evolution of the negotiations of the working group that was set up for the European Union’s accession to the European Convention on Human Rights, following the Opinion 2/13 issued by the Court of Justice of the European Union. The negotiations have reached a final stage. This work deals in particular with the CFSP issue, the only question that is yet to be resolved.
